In any organized setting, family, business, religion, sports or ANY other setting, FAILURE is typically due to the lack of Leadership.

It’s not enough for someone to say, “You’re a born leader.”  Leadership is something that like creativity, you may have been born with it, but it needs to be honed or shaped so that YOU can best apply it to the opportunities at hand.

I’ve often heard people say, “What we need is more business.”  Typically, what should have been said is:  “We need better leadership.”
